An opportunity has become available for a well-organised and confident team player to join the Service Delivery Team as an Implementation Specialist. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, managing, and delivering the technical implementation of payroll products, ensuring set-ups are timely and to a standard of service that exceeds the client’s expectations
  • Work with cross-functional teams 
  • Partner with the Service and Implementation teams to understand the technical details of each implementation
  • Work with the Client to determine the most appropriate implementation and launch plan
  • Identifying and addressing technical challenges with the relevant teams
  • Acting as client champion during the implementation process
  • Be a subject matter expert on Reward Gateway’s product sets and solutions, including current and future functionalities
  • Managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements, features, and functionality 
  • Briefing the Client Support, Employee Support, and Client Success teams as needed post-implementation, ensuring that they are aware of how the platform works
  • Plan and deliver system training
  • Tests and troubleshoot all final system setups

Skills

  • At least one year of experience supporting clients or working on projects
  • A keen interest in project implementation
  • Ability to work with high volumes of data
  • Superb interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to react and respond quickly and effectively
  • Proficient English written skills
  • Flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

The Interview Process

  • Video call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Assessment task to complete at home
  • Video interview with the Implementation Team Leader and the Team Manager
  • Final stage interview with the Team Manager and Director Of Implementation
