Your role in our Mission Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need you to be adaptable and be able to multitask. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and improving the day-to-day running of one or more of our key products. Being a Product Manager is a multifaceted role which requires you to use different strengths and skills depending on the product you are working on.
Leading product management for the Reward Gateway Core Platform, SmartHub and the Reporting / Analytics function, SmartInsights
Build and drive the product roadmap for the customer facing reporting and insights tool, SmartInsights, including but not limited to platform dashboards, product based reporting and customer journey reporting
Work closely with customers to understand the metrics and product usage that is important to them and that they want to be able to easily access
Create buy-in for the analytics product vision both internally and with key external partners
Deliver analytics products, data instrumentation, insights generation and data modeling for both internal and external partners
Own the product roll-outs to ensure all aspects (including security, infrastructure, etc.) are understood and met before a feature is defined as done
Understanding business and market requirements and translating them into technical specifications that the development team clearly understands
Ensuring the correct technical documentation is created and available
Work with other product managers to ensure new standards and framework adaptation is high
Experience in launching real-time systems and models to report KPIs
Domain experience of reporting, data visualisation and data engineering
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
Experience working as part of a Product or Engineering team
Experience or an understanding of agile methodologies
Passionate about building world class customer experiences
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative approach to product management and comfortable communicating. with a variety of technical and non-technical partners across the organisation
