Your role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need you to lead and grow the FP&A function. The primary goal of your FP&A team is to perform accurate and timely financial analysis to help the business make informed decisions. This role would suit an existing FP&A Manager looking to make that first step into a Head of FP&A position or someone who has been a Head of FP&A but wants to push their boundaries by joining a fast growing PE backed business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the preparation of the annual Budget and periodic financial forecast modelling. 
  • Own the preparation and delivery of the monthly shareholder pack and commercial pack.
  • Lead the financial modelling and analysis relating to M&A activities. 
  • Business partner with each department to help them track their performance against the Budget. 
  • Develop and maintain the KPI dashboards that contain key commercial and operating data. 
  • Model annual and long-term strategic plans by analysing current and past trends in KPIs.
  • Identify growth drivers and efficiency improvement opportunities, and present recommendations to the Leadership Team.
  • Recommend financial actions by assessing options in relation to organization goals.
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information.
  • Produce and deliver high level analysis to the Leadership team.
  • Assist the CFO on ad-hoc projects.

Skills

  • Accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA and their equivalents).
  • Ability to demonstrate best practice FP&A role and to coach the team to deliver the same high quality planning and analysis.
  • Ability to handle complexity - experience of building new reporting and data modelling from scratch.
  • Prior experience of guiding, coaching and managing team members within different time zones. 
  • Good command of Tableau and/or other analytics tools.
  • Prior experience in a high growth environment across global locations and working with global stakeholders.
  • Experience of going through a PE/Trade sale process is a big plus.
  • Have a pro-active and confident approach. Excellent attention to detail who is organised and works in a structured manner.
  • Good commercial awareness, communication skills and the ability to convey financial information to audiences of all levels.

The Interview Process

  • Telephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Video interview with the Group Head of FP&A and Finance Operations (you will be replacing this person) and the Group Financial Controller.
  • Video interview and presentation of assessment task with the CFO.
