An opportunity has become available for a Merchant Partnership Specialist to join our Plovdiv-based team and provide support to our APAC region.
Please note: The working hours for this role are from 7am to 15pm.

An opportunity has become available for a Merchant Partnership Specialist to join our Plovdiv-based team and provide support to our APAC region.
Please note: The working hours for this role are from 7am to 15pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining the catalogue of partners in our internal system and ensuring information is correct and up to date
- Supporting new retailer launches via internal processes including testing
- Collaborating with the Affiliate team and updating marketing placements of Gift Card partners in Airtable
- Maintaining departmental CRM (in SalesForce & Airtable), database applications and documentation
- Supporting in the reporting of brand performance regularly and post special campaigns
- Maintaining and updating GC marketing collateral
- Ensuring compliance to all security and data protection protocols
- Working closely with the Employee Support team to track and report unusual trends in customer inquiries
- Communicating and updating internal teams, retailers, and suppliers to support in completing tasks, resolving issues, and helping achieve our team OKR's
- Supporting with projects and tasks as required
- Supporting the Global Voucher Operations team with retailer or supplier issues following internal processes
Skills
- A team player who thrives in a global team, working across different time zones
- An excellent command of English including the ability to compile correspondence with the desired impact
- Good planning abilities with a process-driven approach to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- The ability to utilise resources effectively and efficiently to get things done whilst working to deadlines
- Openness to feedback and the ability to learn and gain insights from setbacks and translate them into actionable steps to deliver results
- Willingness to learn and eager to take on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
- A basic understanding of Excel, Google spreadsheets/docs, and other key software e.g. Netsuite, Salesforce, Jira, etc

- Video call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
- Final stage interview with the APAC Partnership & Merchant Specialist and Head of Retail Operations & Special Projects.
