We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Reward & Recognition product, driving its vision and strategy in alignment with our platform objectives. 

In this hands-on role, you will have the autonomy to craft a compelling vision that delivers exceptional value to our clients and users. Building strong trust and confidence within our teams, you will lead the execution of the product strategy, adeptly managing competing priorities to ensure a user-centric and seamless experience. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicating the strategy, plan, trade-offs, and progress of the Reward & Recognition (R&R) product globally.
  • Proactively resolving dependencies critical to the success of the product by collaborating with peers and other teams.
  • Leading an agile team that involves tasks such as backlog grooming, triage, prioritisation, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Coaching team members and fostering continuous collective improvement by instilling a mindset of continual growth.
  • Defining the scope of development for new features and ongoing improvements.
  • Crafting user stories and establishing acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
  • Maintaining a balanced backlog in collaboration with lead engineers, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborating with other Product Managers to establish a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overarching strategy.
  • Utilising product data and usage analytics to inform planning, measure performance, and drive iterative improvements.
  • Defining appropriate metrics to gauge progress against objectives and setting clear targets to measure improvement as part of a continuous pursuit of excellence.

Skills

  • At least 5 years experience as a Product Manager within the B2B and B2B2C product technology environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in synthesising business strategy, market insights, user needs, data analysis, and stakeholder input to develop comprehensive product roadmaps.
  • A keen understanding of user behaviours and needs and exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proven capability in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring teams remain motivated and accountable for achieving targets.
  • Ability to assess and prioritise competing business requirements, making informed recommendations to drive product development.
  • Strong leadership skills, including effectively influencing and challenging partners, stakeholders, and leaders, while fostering meaningful relationships.

  • Online interview with the Head of Modules and Head of Platform.
  • Final interview with a Group Product Manager and Product Director.
