Your Role in our Mission:
An opportunity has become available for a Retail Operations Specialist to join our Plovdiv-based team, and the successful individual will support with the smooth running of our products. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and checking for any failed transactions, voucher ordering, batch card sending, balance transfers and delivery processes, as well as resolving any issues relating directly to these processes
  • Supporting on new retailer launches and fulfilling bulk orders requests
  • Processing cashback reconciliations, updating Netsuite, and performing spot checks with key voucher partners
  • Maintaining departmental CRM (in SalesForce & Airtable), database applications and documentation
  • Ensuring compliance to all security and data protection protocols
  • Working closely with the Employee Support team to track and report unusual trends in customer inquiries 
  • Communicating and updating internal teams, retailers and suppliers to support in completing tasks, resolving issues, and help achieve our team OKR's. 
  • Supporting the Senior Retail Operations Specialist on special projects and tasks that are outside of day-to-day job responsibilities to help push the boundaries. Such as developing and expanding our global R&R and SmartSpending™ products in new locales, bespoke R&R and SmartSpending™ options for clients and other miscellaneous client requests. 

Skills

  • A team player who thrives in a global team, working across different time zones
  • An excellent command of English including the ability to compile correspondence with the desired impact
  • Good planning abilities with a process driven approach to balance multiple tasks and project simultaneously 
  • The ability to utilise resources effectively and efficiently to get things done whilst working to deadlines
  • Openness to feedback and the ability to learn from mistakes and gain insights from mistakes to translating these ideas into actionable steps to consistently deliver results
  • Willingness to learn and eager to take on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
  • A basic understanding of Excel,Google spreadsheets/docs and other key software used within RG e.g. Netsuite, Salesforce, Jira etc

  • Video call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team 
  • First stage interview with the Retail Operations Manager and Senior Retail Operations Specialist 
  • Final stage interview with the Head of Retail Operations and the Retail Operations Manager
