Your Role in our Mission
As an Implementation Analyst, you will work on an 9 month fixed term contract as part of our Client Delivery Team on implementation or renewal projects for all Edenred products and solutions. You will also provide support for employee benefits including Flexible Benefits and Total Reward Statements. You will play a fundamental role in the system(s) configuration, initial data loads, testing and resolution of any identified issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management, in line with Edenred project methodology. 
  • Work with and support key stakeholders in the implementation of new clients. 
  • Collaboratively work with teams across the business to enhance and promote Edenred products and solutions.
  • Creation and maintenance of process and data templates to manipulate incoming data files.
  • Creation of data transformation packages to create uploads, datasets, reports, data files and management information.
  • System testing and support for implementation and renewal projects.
  • System documentation to a level that allows others to support or handle subsequent projects for clients.
  • Day-to-day support to the wider Client Delivery team in management of clients.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
  • Ability to work accurately, consistently and in a timely manner

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
