International Expansion, London, Full Time, £60,000 - £70,000 / year

Due to growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for Project Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the smooth running of our international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a large business model change project for our key products inside our platform
  • Manage alignment within a very diverse set of stakeholders across different time zones and functions (Marketing, Retail, Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management) and companies
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
  • Measure project/ product performance to identify areas for improvement

Skills

  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in a similar role working as part of a large, complex digital working team in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Broad digital experience in the field of an employee engagement ecosystem
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong planning abilities with a process driven approach to balance multiple tasks and project simultaneously 
  • Demonstrated ability to own a process from the start through to the final stage
  • This role will require travel to ensure successful roll out of our expansion project, therefore the ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time is required
  • Proven ability to successfully operate in traditional corporate environments in addition to progressive operating cultures similar to Reward Gateway
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Previous experience working with engineers and collaborating with various stakeholders at all levels across Product, Marketing, Retail, Sales, Client Success and Finance
