An opportunity has become available for a Researcher to join our Sales team on a 6 month full-time, fixed term contract with an immediate start. Previous B2B research experience is desirable but this role is also very open to people who can showcase a proactive approach to learning about business concepts or the business landscape from recent tertiary education or work experience gained whilst studying.
An Employee Engagement (Sales Team) Researcher aims to develop quality sales ready leads to build the sales pipeline. You will be working closely with the Head of Sales Development and our Sales Development Representatives to research our ideal client profile accounts and contacts uncovering those that have a propensity to engage with Reward Gateway. A key focus will also be building out our addressable market within our CRM at the account and contact level. Other responsibilities will involve data hygiene and data upload management, supporting the consultancy team on research projects and identifying areas of focus.
Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, ZoomInfo and a vast array of online business media sources to gather intelligence to create content for targeted sales leads aligned with our Ideal Client Profile
Collating this intelligence and clearly documenting it for regular handovers with the sales development team
Keep our key accounts up to date with accurate contacts
Keeping all information on Salesforce.com accurate and up to date at all times
Building strong relationships with the Australian sales and marketing team, with a close relationship focus with the sales development representatives
Building out our addressable market within our CRM at account and contact level.
Consistently hitting targets on lead generation and opportunity creation/pipeline
Support Growth Marketing Manager and Head of Sales Development in data management
An ability to demonstrate an analytical approach to business research
Comfortable working with high volumes of data
A high degree of curiosity and an ability to showcase a proactive approach to learning about business concepts or the business landscape from tertiary education or work experience gained whilst studying.
Excellent communication and written skills with an ability to articulate and present information in a clear and accurate manner
A proactive team player with the ability to prioritise tasks and be effective in delivering outcomes within a fast paced environment
