Key Responsibilities
- Selling the Reward Gateway for Small Business technology solution to HR contacts
- Selling to multiple partners including senior management or board-level
- Working with a weekly sales cycle
- Generating 100% new business through inbound leads Achieving quarterly targets on new business first-year fee revenue
- Delivering detailed and valued sales presentations online
- Running all sales admin aspects through the RG sales cycle
- Ensuring quality and consistency in calls and presentations aligned to our sales playbook
- Developing and maintaining customer networks to improve opportunities
- Ensuring all information is updated and added to Salesforce
- Building positive relationships internally
- Wowing our potential clients and upholding the reputation of the business
Skills
- Ability to demonstrate potential for success in B2B sales
- Ability to handle a fast transactional sales cycle (1-7 days)
- Excellent qualification and needs analysis skills
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Experience presenting to senior management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven growth mindset with a focus on coachability and continuous learning and improvement
The Interview Process
- Video call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
- First video interview with SMB Sales Manager and a Client Relationship Team Manager
- Take home assessment
- Final video interview with SMB Sales Manager and the Senior Client Relationship Team Manager
