US Account Executive

Sales, Boston, Full Time, $80,000 - $85,000 / year

Your role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need you to be the face of Reward Gateway. You will consult with HR professionals, to understand their business and key objectives in order to tailor a world-class solution, to their unique challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the entire sales cycle from prospect to close, you’ll develop sales strategies for your territory to drive revenue growth from new logo sales
  • Develop a sales pipeline that supports quarterly and annual revenue goals, through strategic outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partner development
  • Cultivate client relationships by building and maintaining strong connections with key partners at mid-market and enterprise-level accounts, understanding client objectives, challenges, and pain points to position our SaaS Employee Engagement and well-being solutions as crucial business tools
  • Conduct presentations, showcasing the value proposition of our SaaS offerings through engaging product demonstrations, and effectively communicating product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to prospective customers
  • Track sales performance and forecasting, by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline management, using Salesforce as the CRM tool


  • 3+ years of relevant B2B, SaaS sales experience (preferably in the HR tech sector)
  • Strong sales toolkit: you can prospect, qualify, demonstrate, negotiate, and close deals
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and can liaise effectively with senior team members
  • Ability to work remotely with up to 20% travel

  • Assessment presentation and final stage interview with VP of Customer Success, SVP of Sales, and Head of Sales
