Your Role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and, to help achieve this mission, we’re looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager with digital experience to develop, implement, track, and optimise innovative digital marketing campaigns across all online channels. As Digital Marketing Manager you will possess excellent data analyst skills, using data to understand trends and take actions.

As a minimum our marketing team works from our Tottenham Court Road office at least 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns in Hubspot, including planning, content creation, design and reporting
- Set up and optimise integrated digital campaigns on a variety of channels including search, social, display and ABM partners
- Coordinate the execution of paid activities with media partners, tracking their impact on brand awareness and lead generation
- Collaborate with agencies and the in-house design team to provide relevant marketing resources and facilitate the execution of successful paid ad campaigns
- Implement KPIs, monitor and analyse digital campaign performance, generate monthly reports and make data-driven recommendations to improve digital programmes
- Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimise digital marketing strategies and campaigns for better conversions and keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
Skills
- 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing and fully integrated campaigns, ideally within a B2B tech SaaS business
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, tailored copy for a range of target audience segments
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and ability to use data and insight to optimise content and improve performance
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient with email marketing systems (e.g. Hubspot) and other analytics tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Hubspot, Salesforce, Tableau/ PowerBI, LinkedIn, 6Sense.

- Assessment task and final stage interview with the EMEA Head of Growth Marketing and EMEA Marketing Director
