Due to growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for a Content Writer to join our Plovdiv-based team. This role requires someone who can effectively communicate offers and updates to over 5 million customers globally and across the business. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our largest product to help members save in their everyday lives. Our Retail department is growing and looking for someone to join our global team and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the multi-channel marketing content, with the goal of engaging and educating  users with discounts so they can save money, whilst driving sales for retail partners
  • Owning the SmartSpending™ voice to connect and speak to customers across various channels
  • Writing engaging marketing copy for emails, push notifications, and seasonal web pages maintaining a balance between promotional content and user value
  • Being inventive and keen to test, measure, and reflect in order to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
  • Being actively engaged with industry trends and use these insights to influence the marketing content you produce to ensure maximum user engagement

Skills

  • 1+ year experience with copywriting
  • Strong command of English language, grammar, and style to effectively communicate with different audiences
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, hardworking and dedicated 
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team

The Interview Process

  • An online interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team or the Senior Talent Partner. This will last no longer than 30 minutes.
  • A 45-minute interview with the Head of Affiliate Partnerships
  • Assessment task to be shared for presenting in the final stage interview
  • Final online interview with the Head of Affiliate Partnerships and the Head of Retail Partnerships
