An opportunity has become available in our Accounts Receivable team for a self-motivated and confident individual. In this role, you’ll be responsible for contacting clients, processing invoices and ensuring revenue is correctly allocated.
Ensuring accurate allocation and reconciliation of cash entries and bank accounts
Raising various customer invoices
Assisting with monitoring the AR mailbox, dealing with various incoming customer-related queries
Assisting with all credit control duties and cash collection
Preparing various reports for invoicing and credit control purposes
Assisting with ad-hoc queries assigned by line management
Excellent command of English (spoken and written) - this will be needed as direct communication with customers is required in this role
Relevant experience in a similar role and/or a Finance/Accounting qualification (1 year minimum experience)
Good Excel skills
Experience working with clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient time management skills
