Your Role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team on a 6 month FTC with strong accounting knowledge and experience improving financial reporting using automated tools. The business has recently completed a successful transaction sale from a Private equity setting and are now incorporating new reporting requirements with Edenred SE (listed French company). This role will involve bringing the current reporting to the detailed level required on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Your Role in our Mission

Key Responsibilities
- Be familiar and comfortable with the detailed reporting requirements for the group
- Set up a timeline and project manage how we will update the accounting system (NetSuite) so that the reporting can be automated and allow efficient uploading to the Group’s consolidation tool (FIRST)
- Examples include creation of reports with different mapping or chart of accounts, set up aged reporting in the standardised format required or, build a free cash flow report
- Work alongside 3 other Finance Managers to develop the monthly reporting processes in time for the statutory audits and also the monthly and quarterly reporting required for the wider group
- Train the wider management accounts team in Bulgaria on the reporting required each month
Skills
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Experience setting up financial reporting within a listed company is desirable
- Experience working with NetSuite or an ERP system and FIRST
- Experience working in a business which sells vouchers would be advantageous, but not essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
