As an Affiliate Partnerships Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of our US SmartSpending™ product - delighting over half a million customers with exclusive savings from hundreds of their favorite retailers.This involves building strong relationships with retail partners, identifying new opportunities, renewing existing partnerships and maximizing revenue.

This role supports our US-based clients and the working hours are
BG Summer Season: 5 pm -1 am, and
BG Winter Season: 4 pm - 12 am. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to top partners to provide an overview of their performance to maximize revenue based on their investment
  • Identify new retail partners to drive growth and add a variety of brands to the platform
  • Renewing retail partners to ensure the success of this revenue channel
  • Ensuring important tools and guides are used effectively, maintained, and improved as necessary
  • Negotiating paid promotions with our US retail partners and contributing to team sales targets
  • Confidently communicate and own negotiations with senior-level retail partners, and engage them with our marketing opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Growing key partnerships and ensuring their success on our platform, by monitoring their performance and analyzing the data to provide new strategies going forward
  • Helping manage the SmartSpending™ catalog which includes building pages, scheduling placements, and more

Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in dealing with retail partners or in a similar role
  • Excellent task and time management
  • Confidence in communicating via email and telephone
  • Results-driven
  • Ability to identify risks and opportunities
  • Highly organized
  • Attention to detail with a keen eye for great process and innovation
  • A passion for customer experience and engaging our members with our offers
  • A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, hardworking and dedicated
