Due to growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for a Sales Development Researcher. In this role, you will connect with HR professionals to understand their people and business needs, and start the conversation about how Reward Gateway could assist them. You will focus on developing quality sales-ready leads to build the sales pipeline for your UK-based sales team.

In this role, you will connect with HR professionals to understand their people and business needs, and start the conversation about how Reward Gateway could assist them. You will focus on developing quality sales-ready leads to build the sales pipeline for your UK-based sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Using LinkedinSales Navigator, Salesforce and an array of other business intelligent resources to identify and create targeted sales leads aligned with our Ideal Client Profile
- Collating this intelligence and clearly documenting it for regular handovers with the sales development team
- Following the HR and employee engagement industry to ensure hot topics, relevant companies and key contacts are tracked and used in your research
- Carrying out research for the purpose of creating reports and presentations on the market opportunities within the EMEA region. This will inform and support our go to market strategy.
- Keeping information on Salesforce accurate and keeping up to date with associated administration
- Building strong relationships with the EMEA team, including marketing, sales and client success
- Being measured on the quality of your research such as quantity of sales leads handed over and response rates
- Hitting targets focused such as lead generation and opportunity creation
Skills
- Experience with sales or business research
- A working or academic understanding of how EMEA countries and businesses operate economically and commercially
- A curious mindset
- An excellent level of written and verbal English including the ability to create written copy with the desired impact
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build internal relationships
- Ability to multitask and be well organised
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Comfortable analysing high volumes of data to identify trends and inform future strategy
The Interview Process
- Video call with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team
- 1st stage online interview with our Senior Researcher and a Senior Sales Development Representative
- Take home assessment task
- Final stage online interview with our UK Sales Development Director and the Senior Researcher
