Due to exciting and ongoing expansion, we are growing our Sales Team in our Bulgaria Offices (Plovdiv and Sofia) and we are looking for ambitious and driven Sales Consultants.

OTE (On Target Earnings) = From BGN 52,000+ made of 50% Base Pay (Negotiable dependent on experience) + 50% potential commission earnings

Selling complex technology solutions to HR contacts
Selling to multiple partners including senior management or board level
Working with an average 2-6 months sales cycle
Generating 100% new business along with working a mixture of inbound leads and warm leads passed from a sales development rep team
Achieving quarterly targets on new business first-year fee revenue
Delivering detailed and valued sales presentations both online and face-to-face (if required)
Running opportunities through the RG sales cycle
Ensuring quality and consistency in calls and presentations aligned to our sales playbook
Developing and maintaining customer networks to improve opportunities
Ensuring all information is updated and added to Salesforce
Working closely with the Sales Development team to ensure top-quality lead handovers
Building positive relationships internally
Wowing our potential clients and upholding the reputation of the business
Ability to demonstrate potential for success in B2B sales
At least 1+ years experience in a similar role and ability to handle a fast sales cycle (2-6 months)
Excellent needs analysis skills
Strong presentation and storytelling skills
Experience presenting to senior management or board level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven growth mindset with a focus on coachability and continuous learning and improvement
