The office is for you to use as much as you like, as a minimum our UK Sales teams work from our Tottenham Court Road office at least 2 per week including our Sales Team Days on Tuesday and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

To achieve our mission of making the world a better place to work we need to create meaningful and engaging conversations with potential clients. 

In this role, you will connect with HR professionals, understand their business and people challenges, and key objectives to start a conversation about how Reward Gateway could assist them. 

A Sales Development Rep’s goal is to develop quality sales-qualified leads to build the sales pipeline. You’ll be joining a high-performing team that is made up of sales professionals who are experts in their field. 

Our SDRs have a track record of progressing through the team into a variety of roles across sales, client success, and other departments.

Skills

  • Experience of representing a business in a commercial setting
  • Ideally experience of applying a multi-step and multi-touch prospecting cadence 
  • Confident verbal and high standards of written communication skills
  • High levels of attention to detail and standards in your work 
  • Ability to use information at your disposal to make data-driven decisions to improve your performance 
  • Ability to communicate and evidence progress against key deliverables/metrics

The Interview Process

  • Telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team. 
  • 1st stage online interview with our SMB SDR Lead and Senior Sales Development Representative
  • A take-home assessment. 
  • Final stage face-to-face interview with our Sales Development Director and SMB SDR Lead at our Tottenham Court Road, London office
