Your Role in Our Mission

The Social Media Manager role is vital to advancing Reward Gateway's mission of making the world a better place to work. Our social media channels are an essential element of the company's Talent Attraction, Branding, and Growth strategies. By increasing engagement and expanding the brand's reach globally, we can build a community, we can attract top talent, amplify our brand, and work towards our global internal and external growth objectives.

The office is for you to use as much as you like; as a minimum, our UK Marketing Team works from our Tottenham Court Road office at least twice a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the global (EMEA/APAC/Americas) social media strategy across Reward Gateway to meet growth, community, brand, and talent acquisition objectives 
  • Deliver market-specific campaigns aligned to the wider social strategy and own the social media content calendar and planning process
  • Bring stakeholders with different goals and objectives together to form a coherent plan that aligns against a strategy
  • Evaluate and build an expansion strategy for additional social channels outside of LinkedIn (Instagram etc.) 
  • Implement a test-and-learn roadmap, continuously track the performance of campaigns, and present monthly reports to key stakeholders 
  • Work closely and collaboratively with growth teams for paid social strategy and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the global content team to repurpose longer content formats (blog, eBooks, case studies, etc.) into social-media-friendly formats
  • Take ownership and lead on various projects, including (but not limited to): 
    - Developing and delivering programmes to boost staff advocacy 
    - Smartspending retail marketing promotion to drive usage to our platform
    - Building and maintaining an internal social stakeholder network to support content creation in each region 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our social media campaigns are innovative and effective.
  • Work with external agencies as and when required to meet objectives against social strategy
  • Build and maintain the Reward Gateway brand with consistency across platforms 
  • As this role evolves, there will be a number of new opportunities to explore to take our social strategy to new heights

Skills

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing social media strategies within a B2B business, across different markets and ideally at global level
  • An ability to effectively communicate with a global internal customer audience regarding social media campaign plans and their strategic impact on overall business goals
  • Proven record in running effective social campaigns 
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create impactful content 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively collaborate with different key stakeholder groups 
  • Attention to detail and proven experience with brand consistency 
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and/or scheduling tools (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Experience of working with external agencies

  • 1st stage online interview with our Head of Global Content Strategy & Thought Leadership and our Internal Communications & Brand Manager 
  • Take-home presentation task 
  • Final stage interview with our Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Brand Design & Marketing
