Director of Operations

Leadership, Boston, Full Time, $180,000 - $200,000 / year

Your Role in Our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need a Director of Operations who will take charge of the company's day-to-day operations. You are a highly analytical leader, someone who thinks strategically and can dive deep into challenges to get things done. The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and requires thorough knowledge of various company processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Manage department leaders of sales and client success, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting performance targets 
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to identify potential M&A opportunities, conduct due diligence, and develop integration plans
  • Continuously monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Plan, implement, evaluate, and forecast budgets and costs to achieve financial objectives

Skills

  • Strong financial management experience - planning, forecasting, and business analysis
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration planning
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in technology with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals 
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with experience communicating and working effectively at all levels
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Salesforce
  • Passion for technology and scaling businesses
  • Sense of urgency in driving for results and delivering on commitments

  • First stage interview with Sales Director and VP of Sales
  • Assessment Stage with US Director of Client Success and Managing Director
  • Meeting with our CEO
