Your Role in our Mission


You will partner with our US leaders to deliver on our objectives to make Reward Gateway Edenred a better place to work and Enriching Connections, For Good, provide strategic leadership to shape and implement effective people plans aligned with the business strategy, bringing to life our EVP, and drive core HR excellence throughout the business. 

Key Responsibilities

Professional skills: 
  • Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are compliant with legal requirements and align with company values. 
  • Experience supporting: annual pay review, benefits open enrollment, performance management, talent review, surveys and action planning and employee relations issues. 
  • Provide expertise and support on HR compliance, including leave and accommodation, retirement plan compliance, wage and hour compliance including employee classifications, Affirmative Action Plan compliance, and other related areas. 
Stakeholder Management, Communication and Collaboration 
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and our people.   
  • Serve as our HR subject matter expert through networking and connecting across the US HR sector. 
  • Foster a purposeful culture aligned with our values, encompassing hybrid and remote work environments, town halls, and related initiatives. 
Workforce Planning and Talent Pipelining 
  • Support leaders and line managers across the business on organizational design requirements and support through changes. 
  • Work in partnership with the global Learning & Development team to implement learning solutions which drive career progression and growth. 
  • Ensure all new employees experience first class onboarding and induction support for line managers.
Strategic Thinking 
  • Discuss business strategies, people challenges and plans, use data and insights to connect to root cause issues, and to inform decision making and prioritization.   
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. 
  • Design and oversee performance management processes that align employee performance with business outcomes.

Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable role. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably Business Administration or Human Resources.  
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and compliance standards. 
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is highly desirable. 
  • Ability to manage and lead several work streams and people in an organized manner. 
  • Expertise in change management, leadership coaching, and organizational design. 
  • Ability to build trusted working relationships with leaders and employees. 
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws that govern the HR function. 
  • Prior experience managing a HRIS infrastructure, such as Workday or ADP WorkforceNow.

The Interview Process

  • Phone screen with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team 
  • First stage interview with People team member. 
  • Second round in-person interview with SVP of Operations. 
  • Third Interview with EVP of People- Edenred Pay.
