Reward Manager

People, Global, Full Time, £50,000 - £60,000 / year

Job Description

In this role you will work in close partnership with the Chief People Officer, delivering against the global People Strategy and providing for the whole business to be supported, engaged and delighting their customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a Reward Strategy to support attracting, retaining and engaging talent, with an emphasis on compensatory elements
  • Conducting regular salary benchmarking exercises through salary surveys and collaborating with Talent Acquisition to ensure remuneration packages remain competitive in our global markets
  • Design and delivery of the annual Pay Review processes
  • Work in collaboration with Finance to manage the Reward Gateway Employee Shares Programme
  • Ensure all compensation-related policies and contractual frameworks are maintained and continue to meet all legislative requirements
  • Analyse, report and communicate key remuneration metrics; develop a dashboard of information that can be shared with business leaders. Compile, prepare and present data in an understandable format
  • Be an advisor to business leaders on incentive programmes, and commission structures, where necessary, ensuring we remain competitive
  • Monitor the efficiency of existing compensation practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends
  • Take the lead in liaising with third-party advisors on the subject of compensation

Skills

  • Detailed knowledge and experience in pay benchmarking in global markets, taking into consideration local regulations and compliance requirements related to employee compensation
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data effectively
  • Thorough knowledge of salary survey approaches, global job grading implementation and evaluation
  • Strong understanding of highly complex employee share programmes, ideally within a Private Equity setting
  • Experience in global sales incentive approaches
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Experience in partnering with third parties, such as legal and financial advisors 
  • Strong stakeholder management at a senior level

The Interview Process

  • Initial telephone interview with a senior member of the Talent Acquisition team
  • First stage online interview with our Chief People Officer and Head of People Operations
  • Final stage interview with our Chief People Officer and Chief Financial Officer -  face-to-face at one of our global offices
