Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring accurate allocation and reconciliation of cash entries and bank accounts
- Recording cash received from the bank accounts
- Invoicing regular tenancies, subscription fee, vouchers and salary sacrifice products
- Reconciling the company’s bank accounts
- Posting journals
- Posting and maintenance of monthly accruals for Invoices
- Reviewing income schedules posting and posting adjustments
- Assisting with cash collections
Skills
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Relevant experience in a similar role and/or a Finance/Accounting qualification
- Good Excel skills
- Experience working with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient time management skills

- Telephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
- Video call with the Senior Accounts Receivable / Senior Credit Controller and the Accounts Receivable Team Leader
