We’re looking for an experienced IT DevOps Engineer to help take control of the IT AWS instance that’s currently being managed by the Engineering DevOps team. Experience with CI/CD tools and Terraform is required. You’ll manage and build IT SaaS systems and introduce automation where possible.
This role offers a hybrid work style and would require the successful DevOps Systems Engineer to be on-site in the Plovdiv office 2 days per week.

Okta, Google Workspace, Apple Mac and Windows endpoints, JAMF, Intune, Cloudflare ZeroTrust, CrowdStrike, Slack, Office 365, Meraki, AWS, Zoom, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Torii, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the IT AWS infrastructure (Workspace, S3 Buckets, EC2, RDS)
- Maintain Reward Gateway’s operational infrastructure owned by IT
- Research, develop, and deploy new techniques to manage our systems, and automate where possible
- Solve technical issues on IT Systems and apply analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Provide general support to other members of the IT team
- Identify improvements where helpful to the company and team
Skills
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
- Experienced with managing AWS
- Experienced with Bash/Python script programming languages
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Ability to independently manage and prioritise workload
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good English communication skills
The Interview Process
- A video interview with the Talent Partner and the IT Manager. This will last no longer than 40 minutes
- A final stage online interview with the IT Manager and the Head of Development
