Your Role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission, we need someone who can manage a portfolio of retail partners to deliver outstanding offers to over half a million members across Australia and New Zealand. 

You’ll be instrumental in shaping our largest product to help members save in their everyday lives whilst building a network of some of the top retailers across the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Australian and NZ retail partners to maximise sales and savings for over half a million members through our employee discounts platform, SmartSpending™.
  • Negotiate market-leading discounts, promotions, offer types, and commercials with retail partners to maximise sales.
  • Protect and grow the profitability of SmartSpending™ by securing improved commercial terms and through collaboration with retail partners to achieve targets.
  • Sourcing and onboarding new retail partners to ensure our offering remains the strongest in the Australian and NZ marketplace.
  • Collaborating with retail partners to deliver bespoke and effective marketing plans, and analysing performance to maximise sales.
  • Delivering performance metrics to our partners to demonstrate the value in partnering with us showing the financial value of our mutually beneficial relationship.

Skills

  • Evidence of success in growing B2B accounts and positioning solutions to drive more value to your clients or partners, ideally within a retail environment
  • Good commercial foresight with proven experience of negotiating to achieve the best possible outcome for your organisation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Comfortable working towards commercial targets and delivering against KPIs.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, working across multiple projects and partners at one time.
  • Experience in, or willingness to learn, how to interpret sales and performance data
