- Deliver lifecycle projects smoothly and on time

- Drive usage on the site
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding your clients’ objectives and the challenges they want to overcome; advising them of the best route to success along the way.
- Managing the lifecycle of your clients' Flexible Benefits programmes and organising the main milestones, e.g. launch, post-launch, and enrollment window whilst being an escalation point of contact during delivery.
- Fusing your expertise of Reward Gateway’s flexible benefits technology with your clients’ requirements, ensuring the best outcome for all parties.
- Working alongside key internal and external customers during project delivery, ensuring communication with the client is clear, understood, and documented.
- Focusing on the usage of your Clients’ platforms, you will take your clients through usage reports using that data to formulate plans for further usage optimisation.
- Speaking confidently around trends and legislation and sharing documentation with your clients in a digestible and an easy to understand manner.
- Assisting with communication copy to increase accessibility and usage of benefits.
- Assisting in troubleshooting any issues or reporting queries with the Flexible Benefits Client Support Team.
- Owning business as usual (BAU) queries from your clients and pulling in technical expertise when required.
- Joining in and helping to manage partner calls and relationships.
- Attending Flexible Benefit roadshows if needed and confidently talk through our product.
Skills
- Previous Account Management (or similar) experience within the Flexible Benefits space together with a high level of understanding of the benefits market.
- Strong project management skills and an ability to manage multiple Flexible Benefit programs at any one time.
- Passion to understand the product and technical aspects of a solution
- Solution focussed with high self-management and prioritisation skills
- Positive relationship-building skills both internally with colleagues from different departments, as well as clients.
The Interview Process
- Telephone interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team.
- 1st stage interview with our Head of Enterprise Flexible Benefits Client Success and our Director of Enterprise Sales.
- Take home assessment task.
- Final stage interview with our Head of Enterprise Flexible Benefits Client Success and Head of Solutions Delivery.
