Your role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator.  The main focus will be helping all parts of the business operate efficiently and successfully and will partner with our Sales, Marketing, Support, and Finance departments. You will ensure the support and success of their daily operational and strategic goals and will be working in a fast-paced environment that is both exciting and challenging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administering business software including Salesforce (primarily), Netsuite, Zendesk, and Expensify
  • Building automations and workflows that facilitate the work for other parts of the business
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues pertaining to the aforementioned software
  • Integrating and maintaining integrations between various systems used in the business
  • Working with various teams in the business and participating in business projects to support their success 
  • Maintaining data quality and integrity within Salesforce, Netsuite
  • Providing reporting and campaign analytics to measure program success
  • Researching and documenting best business practices and staying on top of new releases

Skills

  • A strong technical desire to work with software and learn, optimise and rework business processes
  • Ability to partner closely with appropriate stakeholders
  • Excellent English communication skills with sound interpersonal skills
  • An ability to partner closely with stakeholders and work collaboratively
  • An analytical mindset, high attention to detail and enjoy operational problem solving

The Interview Process

  • A telephonic screening call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
  • First interview with the Business Operations Manager and AR Team Leader
  • Final interview with the Business Operations Manager and Revenue Ops Director
