As part of our continued growth, we're excited to offer an opportunity for a Data Product Manager to join our dynamic Data Cluster team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with fellow product experts, as well as our Engineering and Infrastructure teams, to shape data-driven solutions that make a real impact. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing Vision and Roadmap: Collaborating with the senior product manager to outline a comprehensive vision and roadmap tailored for two primary user groups: Clients and Merchants. 
  • Initiative Prioritisation: Balancing immediate demands with long-term objectives by prioritising initiatives based on their business impact, feasibility, and resource availability. 
  • Product Delivery: Managing the entire lifecycle of data product development, from initial concept through implementation and ongoing maintenance, partnering with a technical lead and product designer to ensure the data products you oversee achieve meaningful outcomes. 
  • Team Coordination: Serving as the point of contact among software engineers, data engineers, product designers, and subject matter experts to foster effective communication and alignment. 
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborating with business units, fellow product clusters, and clients/merchants to extract requirements and identify their challenges, translating these insights into data product features with measurable success criteria. Draft clear and concise product specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria for the data team to follow. 
  • Ongoing Improvement: Continuously assessing performance metrics and user feedback to enhance and optimize data products. Organizing user testing sessions and gathering feedback to ensure data products align with user needs and business objectives. 
  • User Training and Documentation: Working with relevant teams to deliver training and support to end-users, ensuring they can utilize the data products effectively. Maintain thorough documentation for all data products, encompassing user guides, technical specifications, and best practices. 
  • Data Quality and Compliance Standards: Set and uphold high standards for data quality, consistency, and reliability. Ensure that data products adhere to applicable regulations and policies (such as GDPR) while maintaining data privacy and security standards. 

Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years of Product Management experience with a data product. 
  • Experience managing the complete lifecycle of a data product, encompassing ideation, delivery, maintenance, and continual enhancement. 
  • Strong enthusiasm for data; while a technical background is not essential, you should feel confident discussing data science and machine learning concepts, tools, and methodologies with technical professionals. 
  • Proven ability to identify and advance innovative data opportunities that yield concrete business results. 
  • A strategic thinker capable of executing strategies through practical and achievable roadmaps and action plans. 
  • A data-driven approach to generating product insights that inform decision-making, and you are comfortable deriving these insights through SQL queries, dashboarding tools, and similar methods. 
  • Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders across all levels within the organisation. 
  • An excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally, across all organisational levels. 
  • Possesses a highly organised, methodical approach, is results-oriented, and attentive to detail. 
Salary budget: 
  • BGN 78,000 to BGN 84,000 GROSS per year. Please note that salary budgets are not negotiable. 
Work mode: 
  • We offer a flexible hybrid work mode to attend our Sofia or Plovdiv office twice per week. 

The Interview Process

  • An online interview with the Senior Talent Partner and Senior Product Manager 
  • Final interview with the Product Director: Data and Head of Engineering
