Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and management of our platform’s integrated payment features and treasury functions.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on payment systems and treasury functions (incl. financial integrations). This role demands robust analytical and technical capabilities, and an ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.
The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing technical integrations and harnessing team collaboration. They will also need the capability to effectively influence and coordinate with team members and stakeholders across a global organisation to drive product success and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional product team focused on delivering impactful and scalable treasury functionality for internal finance teams and global business units.
- Partner with internal teams (e.g., finance, engineering, and operations) to define and implement treasury products and tools, ensuring they meet both operational and strategic business goals.
- Design and deliver scalable treasury capabilities that simplify workflows related to multi-currency support, reconciliation, and reporting, enabling efficient operations and decision-making.
- Work on enabling seamless financial system integrations, such as with ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite), to optimise processes for tracking, reconciling, and analysing financial data.
- Build and refine tools that enhance financial data visibility and reporting, with accurate reconciliation processes and scalability at the core.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their challenges and priorities in treasury operations and translate those insights into impactful product features.
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to uncover pain points and opportunities for finance professionals and internal users, ensuring product decisions are grounded in real needs.
- Prioritise the team’s backlog, lead scrum ceremonies, and scope new features and enhancements, fostering a culture of execution and continuous improvement.
- Track and share the performance of treasury products using data-driven insights, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholder needs and driving continuous optimisation.
- Communicate updates, challenges, and successes to global stakeholders and leadership, fostering transparency, alignment, and shared goals.
- Contribute to a collaborative and innovative culture within the product team, driving alignment between finance, engineering, and operational teams.
Skills
- 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B and/or B2B2C context.
- Experience working on products involving financial processes, tools, or systems (e.g., ERP, accounting, reconciliation, treasury, or reporting functionality).
- A solid understanding of core treasury workflows or the ability to quickly ramp up on concepts like multi-currency operations, financial reporting, and reconciliation of money movements.
- Strong analytics skills with experience leveraging data insights to guide product decisions and improvements.
- An ability to collaborate with subject matter experts (e.g., finance, accounting, or treasury teams) to ensure products align with operational needs and industry best practices.
- Experience leading agile product teams, setting clear goals, and managing backlogs in environments focused on continuous discovery and delivery.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present concepts, progress, and priorities to a range of audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A user-centric approach to product development, crafting solutions that simplify complex workflows and reduce operational pain points for finance teams.
- Familiarity with market analysis and business fundamentals, with the ability to align product goals with company strategy.
