Due to company growth, we have an opportunity for a People Operations Assistant in our new Sofia office. 

In this position, you will play a key role in improving the experience of our people through best-in-class administrative support, providing information to employees about their employment, and working with the various systems and tools we use to input and access people data and analytics. 

This is an office-based role and will be best suited to someone who enjoys the structure and routine of a workplace. With our main office based in Plovdiv, you will have the opportunity to travel for training and other events. 

Key Responsibilities

People Operations: 
  • Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle - onboarding, role change, promotions, and offboarding 
  • Support with people documentation such as contracts, offer letters, etc.
  • Handle day-to-day inquiries and people-related questions from employees and Managers
  • Support our People and Workspace teams with global and local projects and tasks related to employee benefits, people systems, employee records and leave administration, and office events
Workspace:
  • Manage workspace-related activities in the Sofia office including  orders and deliveries of supplies and working with local suppliers on maintaining the office operations
  • Implement the Health & Safety requirements and provide day-one health & safety guidance for new employees and visitors
  • Support our Operations Director and Workspace Experience Project Lead with various tasks related to the operations of the office and improving the experience of our people

Skills

  • Experience in office or people administration roles will be considered an advantage but is not required
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both Bulgarian and English languages
  • Well-organised and self-disciplined
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information 
  • A team player with the ability to work independently as needed 
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships 

The Interview Process

  • A video interview with the Talent Acquisition Partner 
  • Assessment task to be shared 30 minutes before the final interview
  • A final video interview with the Senior People Operations Specialists and the Operations Director
