Your role in our Mission
The IT System Analyst will be responsible for the IT infrastructure support of the USA Business units. They will oversee the local office IT infrastructure administration and help desk support ensure compliance with security requirements.

Your role in our Mission
The IT System Analyst will be responsible for the IT infrastructure support of the USA Business units. They will oversee the local office IT infrastructure administration and help desk support ensure compliance with security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hosted IT infrastructure for Edenred USA business units.
- Develop and refine the build processes for desktop and laptop setups across domestic locations.
- Setting up systems for new hires and managing the IT aspects of staff departures.
- Planning and executing the installation, upgrade, and replacement of computer equipment.
- Providing tier 1 and tier 2 support for desktop software, operating systems, and remote access issues.
- Direct hands-on assistance to resolve user issues with operating systems, connectivity, and applications.
- Oversee the creation, removal and control of user accounts/licenses in Active Directory, MS Exchange (Mailboxes), O365 and all other business-critical applications.
- Manage the local area network (LAN), including supporting proxy technologies, documenting network switch ports, and liaising with the networking team for required changes.
- Handle the procurement process for new software and hardware, as well as for annual support and maintenance contracts.
- Participate in a rotating schedule for after-hours support, including tasks like patching maintenance and assisting with software releases.
- Act as the liaison with the Edenred Global Technology center to support, implement, and escalate network and infrastructure needs.
Skills
Experience
- 5 years working in Infrastructure positions.
- Proven experience on ITIL methodology.
- General knowledge of Data Center (Servers, Networking, Call Center, etc.) and Cloud services.
- Understanding of information security standards and compliance, including PCI-DSS and SOC.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Experience deploying and supporting Servers.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with an office position that involves standing, sitting, reaching, manual dexterity to operate office machines, stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, and mobility to complete errands or deliveries.
- May work at computer monitors for prolonged periods with danger of eye strain and muscle pain.
