Your role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need you to take ownership for the delivery of our employee discounts platform, SmartSpending™, in both Australia and New Zealand. The Affiliate Partnerships Manager will build strong relationships with key affiliate partners, whilst improving sales and revenue from those partners and identifying new opportunities.
Connect with senior-level affiliate partners to negotiate strong offers, and engage them with our extensive marketing opportunities.
Manage the affiliate onboarding process and grow both the Australia and New Zealand SmartSpending™ platforms by introducing new and engaging affiliate offers for our 640k members.
Meet weekly and quarterly revenue targets, and identify risks and opportunities.
Build and complete agreed marketing placements, including the production of newsletter campaigns sent to over 170k recipients.
Management of the SmartSpending™ sites including setting up promotional rates and banners.
Run our Australian Partner Hub which includes growing affiliate membership with regular posts on promotional opportunities and case studies.
Respond to feedback and questions from our client and customer-facing teams, and ensure their confidence in our product.
Experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships management.
Confident working to financial targets.
Highly organised and exhibit strong project management skills.
Confidence in communicating via email, telephone, and in presentations.
Attention to detail with a keen eye for great process and innovation.
A passion for user experience and engaging our members with the best offers.
