Your role in our Mission

Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission and as a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in delivering first-class business partnering to our hiring managers whilst providing our candidates with a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities

Hiring & Sourcing
  • Owning the recruitment life cycle in the UK for roles that you are hiring for
  • Manage multiple key stakeholder relationships. It’s important that you’re able to build trust and develop a deep understanding of business functions, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
  • You’ll advise and influence managers on hiring and best practice to empower others to make better hiring decisions.
  • Preparing job descriptions and external adverts with hiring managers and support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies.
  • Manage internal applicants and referral candidates 
  • Create and implement hiring plans, including direct sourcing to build talent pipelines of skilled, active and passive candidates for current and future roles across the business 
  • Develop diverse and inclusive plans to attract talent through various methods such as social media forums, career fairs, visit local universities, events.
  • Championing Reward Gateway’s mission, purpose and values to candidates
  • Screening and conducting the first-round competency-based interviews for all suitable candidates 
  • Drive the offer management process to include extending verbal offers, closing candidates and working with People Ops to prepare offer letters and contracts 

Diversity & Inclusion
  • Help ensure we maintain an inclusive and fair selection and assessment process at all times
  • Support with D&I initiatives, whether it's arranging events, building partnerships with external organisations/groups
  • Ensure we maintain strong candidate reach to all areas of diversity
  • Prepare the quarterly diversity and inclusion report for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Deliver the diversity initiatives for recruitment in the UK and globally
  • Work in partnership with Diversity Networks to improve diversity involvement and awareness in the hiring and selection process

Data, Projects & Benchmarking
  • Maintaining the applicant tracking system, ensuring all candidates are managed effectively and feedback is tracked on time. 
  • Manage all recruitment stats and data
  • Ensure the Applicant Tracking System is up to date at all times
  • To ensure all recruitment data is accurate and up to date
  • Create and share regular reports to demonstrate recruiting numbers, success rate, and various associated metrics
  • Benchmark recruiting practices against market information to determine competitiveness and recommend improvements and changes to align with best practice and company objectives.
  • Global salary and benefits benchmarking 
  • Provide talent market insights and data to support hiring objectives 
  • Ad-hoc projects to support the Recruitment Team and wider People Team

Skills

  • Experience of working within a Talent Acquisition team and delivering best in class candidate experience. Either In house, RPO or as part of a recruitment agency
  • Demonstrable experience of generating candidate pipelines utilising innovative techniques that include strategic sourcing, social media, events. Identifying, engaging and closing active and passive candidates 
  • A passion for Diversity & Inclusion
  • Ability to build strong relationships with managers and key stakeholders 
  • Interpersonal, organisational, and influencing skills with a strong sense of customer service
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently, as well as with team members
  • Must have great attention to detail and ability to maintain data tracking and reporting of data 
The Interview Process:
  • Telephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team 
  • First Interview with a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and a CSM Team Manager
  • Assessment task shared with you in advance
  • Final Interview with our Head of Talent Acquisition and Sales Director UK or Group HR Director
