Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need a focused, confident, and enthusiastic B2B marketer who can support and accelerate the growth of the Australian business. We need a top tier marketer who can develop and execute a top tier lead-generation and event strategy.
Work with marketing and sales leadership to develop integrated demand generation plans that drive awareness, lead and opportunity creation and ultimately revenue.
Manage lead generating marketing programs and events aligned to geo specific campaigns that incorporate inbound and event marketing tactics.
Effectively work with global resources, like creative, content strategists and email marketing managers, to execute programs and events that drive growth in awareness and sales leads.
Manage marketing budget to optimize return on investment.
Build strong relationships with external partners to implement marketing programs and events to achieve campaign goals.
Build strong relationships with sales leadership to help define and align campaign messaging and targeting.
Partner with the sales development teams to maximise inbound lead conversion.
Work within HubSpot and Salesforce.com to implement needed marketing operations tasks associated with programs and events.
Ability to lead and develop a growing team of growth marketers.
Support client marketing programs to help drive awareness of products and create upsell and cross sell opportunities
Led demand generation and field marketing for a B2B technology company
Used key b-to-b marketing and sales metrics to gain insights and drive action
Experience of using marketing technology to enhance demand generation strategy
Understand how to align content and marketing programs to the customer lifecycle
Building strong relationships with sales and customer success organisations
Ability to be a hands on, detail oriented implementer one minute, and think strategically and have executive conversations the next.
