Your role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need you to be responsible for:
Build World-Class relationships by delivering reliable, credible and proactive success strategies to a varied portfolio of US clients.
Be an expert in providing solutions to HR’s business challenges through market-leading recognition and communications technology.
Protect and grow client revenue through understanding client objectives and identifying new opportunities to help drive greater engagement with their programme.
Proactively service Clients through regular phone and email contact
Create and implement effective account management strategies to maximise employee engagement across your portfolio of clients
Provide meaningful, relevant and insightful analytics on programme performance
Retain Client portfolio value to a target
Identify opportunities to add value to client contracts through additional services and products
Continuously develop your own product & industry knowledge
Excellent language skills in English, both written and verbal
Building rapport and dealing confidently with senior stakeholders
Superb attention to detail
Ability to effectively participate in commercial discussions and negotiations
Practical, level-headed and able to prioritise
Team - oriented, collaborating comfortably with different teams in the business
Strong communication skills
Availability to work standard 8-hour shifts between the hours of 2pm and 1am Bulgaria time Monday to Friday. You will have the flexibility to choose your start and finish time within these hours.
