Your role in our Mission Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need someone to help demonstrate our outstanding security and privacy maturity to prospective and existing customers. You will power our internal teams with the tools and confidence needed to wow our customers and assure them that their data is safe in our hands. One of your core goals will be to partner with our Sales and Client Success teams on ways to demonstrate our security and privacy expertise, developing scalable ways of growing buyer confidence and reducing down the new sale and renewal cycle.
Taking the results of audit activities and presenting them in various formats for our customers, including our library of common due diligence questions and answers
Updating and refreshing existing documents including the Security Pack and Privacy Pack
Establishing ways to collect feedback from customers for continuous improvement of the content and developing creative solutions to reduce manual diligence tasks
Showcasing the various security features of our products through our website, Success Portal and client communications
Coordinating and managing responses to customer requests for information, including Request For Proposals (RFP) and due diligence questionnaires
Training colleagues using our security features and how to explain them to an external audience. Empowering them with confidence and access to self-service tools to reduce the volume of inbound queries coming into our team
Supporting our Client Success and Sales teams on potential and existing client calls around Information Security
Building a technical understanding of security controls in place within the company and products
Working on various other Information Security tasks as required
Excellent communication and writing skills with an ability to summarise complex technical information for a non-technical audience
Great oral communication skills and an ability to talk with prospects, customers and colleagues with confidence and authority
Strong interpersonal skills to forge relationships with subject matter experts across the business
Customer service orientation with experience in problem solving
An understanding of security and IT technologies typically in place in business environments
An interest in Information Security and/or IT
