Your role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need to bring magic to our clients’ brand and design projects by creating high-quality visuals.
Create a visual brand for our clients that captures their corporate identity
Produce traditional design solutions for tangible materials including;
Communicating with account managers to discuss the clients/business objectives and requirements of the job
Estimating the time required to complete the work
Interpreting the clients’ business needs and producing corporate identities in accordance with design briefs and brand guidelines
Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for traditional media: posters, brochures, flyers, stationery as well as web graphics within deadline and budget constraints
Producing accurate and high-quality work
Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to the Design Team Lead and account managers for approval
Managing the Client assets library and making suggestions for improvement
Fluent in spoken and written English
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – you must have superb skills in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience in creating print-ready artwork and dealing with print production
Good working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
Produce fresh, innovative and appealing concepts for new and existing projects
Ability to work well under pressure
Structured and process-driven mentality combined with an excellent eye for creativity and new ideas
Able to act on own initiative, delivering projects without immediate supervision
Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines
