Due to company growth and an increased workload during the upcoming peak period, an opportunity has become available for us to hire a Merchant Content Specialist for our team to support from October 2024 to March 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll be responsible for maintaining the Global SmartSpending™ product. You’ll make sure the SmartSpending™ platform is always up to date with accurate offers, clear terms and correct links by auditing the site on a regular basis
- On a weekly basis, you’ll be responsible for the completion of our promotional checklist which includes: setting up promotional rates, aligning with our design team to create promotional banners and uploading these, setting up our weekly newsletters and solus emails
- You'll be responsible for the merchandising and updating of all retailer pages on SmartSpending™ to ensure assets are up to date and reflective of latest brands' campaigns
- On a monthly basis, you'll need to conduct checks to ensure the agreed payments from retailers are submitted in each network as a bonus
- You will be responsible for implementing new offers to the site and ensuring their agreed promotional activity runs at the time of launch
- You'll be responsible for double-checking all promotional placements on the sites are live and accurate and resolve any issues that might have occurred
- You will respond to and resolve retail enquiries from our client and customer-facing teams accurately and in a timely manner to ensure we deliver the best user experience for our clients and customers
- You'll work closely with our Partnerships teams to collaborate on ways to increase engagement with our offers, resolve issues, and keep the SmartSpending™ platform in it's best condition
