Key Responsibilities

Conducting detailed consultative discovery. Gathering the technical requirements from a prospect to ensure our Engineering and Implementation teams understand the scope of work required, and can provide timeframes for the key project deliverables through a project delivery plan
Partnering with the Sales and Client Success teams to qualify Flexible Benefits opportunities, and ensure alignment between the scope of requirements and Reward Gateway capabilities
Consulting to clients as a subject matter expert on Reward Gateway product sets and solutions, including current and future functionality
Providing consultation on standard methodology benefits structures to internal and external partners
Identifying opportunities for product improvements, features and functionality
Supporting internal and external partners in solution design
Overseeing the project and partner management of the entire end-to-end flexible benefits implementation process from sales to launch
Providing ongoing implementation support after launch for outstanding client programmes
Ensuring effective training is offered to deliver a seamless transition of the programme to the Client Success Manager- and Client Support Teams
Collaborating closely with Project Team for special projects
Anticipating and handling Client enquiries efficiently

Skills

Experience implementing Flexible Benefits programmes and the ability to act as a Subject Matter Specialist
A good awareness of UK pay and benefit legislation
Proven client delivery and project management experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good planning skills with the ability to prioritise
An ability to make sense of sophisticated and high volumes of data
A curious mind with a desire for learning and self-development
