Your Role in Our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need you to wow our customers by taking the flexible benefits implementation process to a whole new level. Acting as a subject matter expert whilst developing new and innovative ways of bringing our clients’ programmes to life and exciting every single one of their employees.
Conduct detailed consultative discovery. Gather the technical requirements from a prospect to ensure the engineering and implementation teams understand the scope of works required and can provide timeframes for key project deliverables and can deliver a project delivery plan
Partner with Sales and Client Success to qualify Flexible Benefits opportunities, to ensure alignment between the scope of requirements and Reward Gateway capabilities
Work with the Sales, Client Success, Engineering, Security and Implementation teams to develop a proposed solution, ensuring that all proposed solutions matches the design and delivery capabilities of the technology
Be the subject matter expert on Reward Gateway product sets and solutions, including current and future functionality, supporting both Reward Gateway employees and clients
Be the subject matter expert on Flexible Benefits, providing consultation on standard methodology benefits structures to internal and external partners
Find opportunities for product improvements, features and functionality
Utilise your understanding of Reward Strategies and benefits structures to support internal and external partners in solution design
Project and partner management of the entire end to end flexible benefits implementation process from sales to launch
Ongoing implementation support after launch for outstanding Client programmes
Training and seamless transition of programme to Client Success Manager & Client Support Teams
Managing, project planning and delivering the implementation of new Client programmes
Collaborating closely with Project Team for special projects
Anticipating and handling Client enquiries efficiently
Ability to act as a Flexible Benefits subject matter specialist
A good awareness of UK pay and benefit legislation
Proven successful client-facing and project management experience
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Superb interpersonal skills and attention to detail
The ability to react and respond quickly and effectively
A whizz with sophisticated and high volume data
