What you’ll be doing:
As an Implementation Specialist you will help us to build and deliver outstanding solutions that delight our clients and prospects.  You will support Enterprise level client projects, run product set-ups and deliver client onboarding for some of Australia and New Zealand’s most prestigious and well known global organisations.

Flexible, Hybrid Working:
Our office is for you to use as much as you like; as a minimum our APAC Implementation Team works from our Sydney office or Melbourne office at least twice a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally
  • Planning, managing and delivering the implementation of new client programmes, within delivery SLAs and budgets
  • Ensuring that general standards of service exceeds the client’s expectations 
  • Acting as Client champion in Reward Gateway during the implementation process and liaising with our global Service and Product teams
  • Working with global Client Support, Design and Product teams during the implementation project and assigning tasks clearly to ensure the best outcome for the client
  • Testing and troubleshooting final system setups
  • Identifying, resolving, and providing assistance for wider Australian Implementation team troubleshooting
  • Ensuring customer database (Salesforce), project management tool (GuideCX) and communication tool (Slack) are accurate and up to date
  • Providing sound technical knowledge of our product and its capabilities

Skills

  • A good level of customer support and project management experience gained from working within a B2B tech environment or similar.
  • Excellent customer-facing and presentation delivery skills with some commercial understanding i.e. Sales processes etc.
  • A flexible and practical approach with strong planning and prioritisation skills, a high level of attention to detail and an ability to work independently as well as cross functionally.
  • An ability to build rapport with ease and confidently deal with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • An ability to respond quickly and effectively to tasks in line with service level KPIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of curiosity and an eagerness to learn new pieces of software

  • Telephone call with our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, APAC 
  • Interview with our Head of Implementation, APAC, and our Implementation Team Lead
  • Take home presentation task
  • Final interview and task presentation with our Head of Implementation and another member of our APAC Leadership Team
