Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll be responsible for the delivery of our merchant content and promotional activity, with the goal of engaging and educating our users with our discounts and other benefits programmes and driving sales for our merchants & partners.
  • You’ll lead and manage a team of content specialists and a content writer, who will deliver campaigns and promotions across existing channels of email, web and app and explore the development of new channels.
  • You’ll develop and deliver well-designed marketing calendars with campaigns covering all key seasonal shopping and activity periods for our range of user engagement programmes.
  • You’ll present our marketing opportunities effectively in media decks, case studies and other promotional materials to engage our retail partners and maximise investment in paid placements.
  • You’ll approve the design and content produced by the team, ensuring consistency in messaging and voice.
  • You’ll own The Partner Hub, our communication tool and key resource for merchant partners to access key information and case studies. 
  • You’ll be data-driven and measure the success of the campaigns, leveraging analysis tools to optimise strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • You’ll be inventive and keen to test, measure and reflect in order to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to the overall marketing strategy and align with objectives
  • Strong command of language, grammar, and style to effectively communicate with different audiences
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling and effective marketing collateral
  • Proficient use with marketing tools and content management systems
  • Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Confidence in communicating with external and internal stakeholders
  • A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, hardworking and dedicated 
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team
