Due to growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for a Digital Adoption Specialist responsible for creating and maintaining a list of adoption solutions aimed at enhancing user onboarding and engagement with our platforms, ultimately driving increased productivity and user satisfaction.
Due to growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for a Digital Adoption Specialist responsible for creating and maintaining a list of adoption solutions aimed at enhancing user onboarding and engagement with our platforms, ultimately driving increased productivity and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identification and specification of digital tools and capabilities
- Design and implementation of training and guidance solutions
- Maintaining all Digital Adoption Solutions and training materials up to date
- Tailoring comprehensive and user friendly onboarding process for all products
- Providing feedback to Product and Engineering about our service and products
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering on new releases or existing product changes
- Collaborating with different stakeholders across the company
Skills
- Basic understanding CSS, HTML, or jQuery
- Experience with Project Management
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Team player who can also work independently
- Excellent command of English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, working across multiple projects and clients at once
The Interview Process
- A screening interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team and Guide Specialist Team Lead
- An assessment task to complete before the final interview
- Final video Interview with the Guide Specialist Team Leader and an Integrations Specialist
