Your Role in our Mission

Flexible, Hybrid Working:
Our office is for you to use as much as you like; as a minimum our EMEA Marketing Team works from our London at least 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the regional marketing strategy, focusing on new logo acquisition, client retention and product usage, client up/cross-sell, product marketing and localised brand positioning
- Work with the EMEA leadership team to develop and deliver go-to-market plans for expansion into key EMEA territories
- Manage and develop a team of growth, client, content, digital, events and product marketers, in a ‘player-coach’ role
- Develop and deliver brand, demand generation, and customer marketing strategies, campaigns and programmes across core market segments
- Build strong relationships with external agencies and industry influencers to deliver on brand and growth goals
- Maintain a strong understanding of the market and use market and client insight to identify market opportunities
- Plan and manage the regional marketing budget to optimise return on investment
- Report on key performance metrics aligned to shared OKRs and global marketing objectives
Skills
- Proven success in leading and developing high-performing B2B marketing teams, ideally within a product-led tech SaaS business
- Strong financial acumen and data-driven approach
- Ability to build strong relationships and alignment with sales, product, and customer success organisations
- Experience of working with globally dispersed teams
- Experience of developing and implementing GTM strategies
- Working internationally, particularly in EMEA countries
- Ability to think creatively and apply this to problem solving
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (ideally Hubspot) and Salesforce CRM
The Interview Process
- A 45 min online interview with the Senior Talent Partner
- 1st interview with our Chief Marketing Officer and a senior member of the marketing team
- Take home assessment
- Final interview and presentation with EMEA Managing Director and Chief Marketing Director
