As we are growing and expanding our business, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Retail Operations Specialist to join our Plovdiv-based team. In this role, you'll support the smooth running of our products including monitoring transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant protocols, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and checking for any failed transactions, voucher ordering, batch card sending, balance transfers, and delivery processes, as well as resolving any issues relating directly to these processes
  • Supporting new retailer launches and fulfilling bulk orders requests
  • Processing cashback reconciliations, updating Netsuite, and performing spot checks with key voucher partners
  • Maintaining departmental CRM (in SalesForce & Airtable), database applications, and documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with all security and data protection protocols
  • Working closely with the Employee Support team to track and report unusual trends in customer inquiries 
  • Communicating and updating internal teams, retailers, and suppliers to support in completing tasks and resolving issues
  • Supporting special projects and tasks that are outside of the day-to-day job responsibilities

Skills

  • Experience monitoring transactions and reconciliations to ensure compliance with processes and protocols
  • A team player who thrives in a global team, working across different time zones
  • An excellent command of English including the ability to compile correspondence with the desired impact
  • Good planning abilities with a process-driven approach to balancing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously 
  • The ability to utilise resources effectively and efficiently to get things done whilst working to deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and eager to take on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
  • A working knowledge of Excel, Google spreadsheets/docs, and other software such as Netsuite, Salesforce, Jira etc

  • A video call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team 
  • First stage online interview with the Retail Operations Manager and Senior Retail Operations Specialist 
  • Final stage online interview with the Head of Retail Operations and the Retail Operations Manager
