Today, we are thrilled to share the story of how we rolled out our global brand campaign, "The Power of Appreciation," internally and the impact it has had on our Employer Brand. 

The Birth of "The Power of Appreciation"

The journey to this moment began over a year ago with a vision to unite our brand under a compelling and universal message.

On April 17th, we unveiled the first phase of our campaign internally across our UK, US, and BG teams. This day marked the beginning of a new era, emphasizing our core belief: "Appreciation Appreciates." This powerful message encapsulates the idea that appreciation is both a gift for the giver and the receiver, creating a ripple effect that spreads throughout organizations and communities.

To celebrate, we hosted launch parties in our London, Boston, and Plovdiv offices. These events were not just about revelry; they were a testament to our commitment to fostering a culture of appreciation. Thanks to the incredible efforts of our party planners, our offices were transformed into vibrant celebration zones. For those unable to attend in person, we arranged a livestream to ensure everyone could partake in the excitement.

We brought our campaign to life on our internal employee experience platform, boom!. Through our appreciation hub, employees could find a recording of the live stream event, video assets of our commercial and behind-the-scenes documentary, and eCards to share their appreciation with one another.

Social Media Buzz: Spreading the Message

The success of our internal launch was mirrored on social media. We encouraged our employees to share their experiences and join the #PowerofAppreciation social challenge. The response was overwhelming, with over 350 posts on LinkedIn and Instagram, 1.2 million post impressions, and more than 6,000 engagements in the first week alone. This outpouring of support helped us surpass key metrics across brand awareness, audience engagement, and social reach.

We also celebrated our team's creativity and enthusiasm through a social media contest. Congratulations to our winners. Their posts not only captured the spirit of the campaign but also inspired others to embrace and share the power of appreciation.
