At Reward Gateway | Edenred (RGER), our EP!C Networks reflect our commitment to fostering a culture of connection, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. Whether celebrating cultural milestones, advocating for wellbeing, or driving conversations about equity and accessibility, our EP!C Networks are at the heart of creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.
Here’s a look at the incredible work our networks have been leading this month and what’s coming next as we continue to champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across RGER and beyond.
As we prepare for the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we are proud to host a webinar featuring guest speaker Cressida Stephenson with insights highlighting the importance of accessibility in creating inclusive workspaces and equitable recruitment practices. Joined by our very own colleagues Kaitlin Howes (US HRBP) and Donna Standing (Senior Talent Acquisition Partner), this event will highlight our dedication to ensuring everyone can thrive in the workplace and beyond.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to build on this momentum with new accessibility training initiatives launching in 2025.
Earlier this month, we hosted a powerful Transgender Awareness webinar with Katie Neeves in recognition of Transgender Day of Remembrance, following the success of ACE Week, which celebrated asexuality. These initiatives have sparked vital conversations about supporting our trans and non-binary communities and reaffirmed our dedication to creating a more inclusive environment for all.
We’re looking forward to welcoming fresh ideas and driving even more impact in 2025.
Our teams came together to celebrate Diwali, sharing personal stories of how they marked the Festival of Lights around the globe. Additionally, Native American Heritage Month was a chance for our U.S. teams to reflect and honor the land we occupy.
Looking ahead, we’re embracing Festive Fun throughout December, encouraging everyone to share their holiday traditions and send festive eCards, fostering cultural appreciation, understanding, and connection across RGER.
We’re thrilled to announce that our partnership with Circl is officially underway! This initiative empowers young people from underrepresented backgrounds by providing development opportunities, paving the way for greater social mobility.
Next up, we’re revitalizing our EP!C Podcast and planning cross-network collaborations, including interview panels, office events, and training sessions to further engage and inspire our teams and community.
In the lead-up to November 25th, we launched a Domestic Violence Blog Series to raise awareness and drive action against domestic violence. This series culminated in a panel discussion on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, highlighting the signs of domestic abuse and where to get support. It featured our very own Emma Cook (Territory Account Manager) and Nebel Crowhurst (Chief People Officer) and EP!C partner Caroline Glass.
These conversations highlighted the importance of solidarity, education, and fostering safe spaces for all and we look forward to continuing to empower more voices, awareness, and advocacy in 2025 and beyond.
Our Wellbeing+ product has officially launched internally, kicking off with our first official challenge on the new app to encourage health and wellness among our team members. As Movember unfolds, we’re raising money and promoting awareness for men’s health, alongside insights from our wellness partners on World Diabetes Day. These efforts highlight our dedication to prioritizing wellbeing at RGER.
Looking ahead, we’re planning collaborations with the newly launched Men’s Health Community to expand our focus on physical and mental wellbeing.
Throughout the month, Ivo Indzhov (Workspace Experience Project Lead & CSR Correspondent) discussed the benefits of a plant-based diet, complemented by delicious recipes to focus on sustainable eating during the holiday season.
In December, we’ll celebrate EQ World Inclusion Week alongside our We Are Human Week, further reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
At RGER, our EP!C Networks embody our spirit of connection, inclusivity, and collective impact. They remind us that belonging is not just a goal but a continuous journey. From celebrating diverse traditions to addressing critical social issues, these efforts reflect our dedication to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
As we close out the year, we look forward to building on this foundation and taking our DEIB initiatives to new heights in 2025.
