As the Internal Communications and Engagement Manager at Reward Gateway, it is my job to ensure all of our employees are kept in the loop of all of the wonderful things happening across RG. Our Internal Communications strategy drives the People team's promise to deliver on our mission to make RG a better place to work. It supports our key business goals and the global alignment of our people with the RG strategy through open and honest communications and people-centric engagement activities.
Although our communications live primarily on boom!, our much-loved Engagement Platform, we have elevated them by sharing the most important news and updates on our social channels as well. Our Instagram & Facebook accounts are more than just promotional channels for us; they are a way for us to showcase the great culture we've created to both employees, customers, and candidates looking to join our Mission.
We want RG employees to be proud of what we do, and we want to attract the top talent to join our mission too!
One of my first tasks in this new role was to create a social strategy for our networks. This was created as an extension of our current Weekly Internal Communications Calendar to augment our social presence and Push The Boundaries in engaging and attracting top talent.
We treat our presence on social as a public extension of our boom! platform. This is our invitation to others into the world of RG, our mission, and our culture. We will be curating content each day of the week and invite you all to follow along, like, and share with your network!
