Key Responsibilities

You will lead a global team of Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Engagement, Learning, Experience (Office) Management and HR professionals that deliver amazing people-centric solutions across our four country locations: UK, US, Bulgaria, Australia.
You will have strategic, tactical and operational responsibility across three key areas: 
People Strategy and Leadership
Designing and overseeing structure and execution of RG employee experience from recruitment through onboarding, job design, pay and benefits, development, training, performance, DE&I, advancement, and exit.
Process, Delivery, Operations and L&D
Directing and supporting leadership on team structures, management and skills training, plus performance metrics. 
Growth & Development
Aligning internal messaging and initiatives around RG's Mission and values, and promoting the benefits of RG's culture-driven business model both internally and externally.


  • Experience in building and scaling a people function for a growing international technology business
  • Demonstrable ability to work in partnership with CEO and Leadership team to provide overall company leadership and direction, as well as working with managers, leaders and employees across all levels of an organisation
  • Resourceful and self-motivated attributes with a collaborative team mentality and previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels and establish collaborative working relationships
  • Ability to be a coach, mentor and strategic partner that can connect with people from all walks of life
  • Experience with and interest in being an accessible, empathetic and engaging leader who is solutions-focused, data-driven, and results-oriented

  • Telephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team 
  • A face to face meeting with the CEO
  • A series of video calls and in-person meetings with members of the People and Leadership teams
