Your Role in Our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission you are here to manage a team of client support specialists who swiftly find solutions and provide competent feedback to client queries related to the products and services that Reward Gateway offers.
Providing ongoing support, coaching and mentoring to direct reports
Running training, sharing product knowledge and expertise with the team
Supporting escalated issues and handling client complaints
Performing other responsibilities and administrative tasks related to the workflow process within the Client Support Team
Identifying areas for improvement
Covering the Head of Department when they are out of office
Excellent communication skills
Proven success in building client relationship

Training and coaching experience
